How do I change my password?
When a CSR uses an expired password to login, an alert displays. A password automatically expires in any of these cases:
- After 90 days.
- Upon first use when the username and password are new.
- An administrator resets it.
To change a password, click Change Password.
If this is your first time changing your password, follow these steps. (If you have changed your password before, scroll to the next section)
On the next page, enter your temporary password in the “Current Password” field and enter a new password. Your new password must be between 12 and 30 characters in length, and include at least 1 number, 1 uppercase, 1 lower case and 1 special character.
You will also be asked to select four secret questions and provide answers.

Click Change Password. A message will display that you successfully changed your password, and you will be redirected to the Login page.
If you have changed your password once before, follow these steps:
This screen prompts you to enter your current password and then enter a new password. Your new password must be between 12 and 30 characters in length, and include at least 1 number, 1 uppercase, 1 lower case and 1 special character. It will expire in 90 days. You cannot reuse the same password.
Click Request Authentication Code, enter the value that you receive through email, and click Change Password. Please note that this code will expire after first usage or after one hour.
If you prefer not to receive and use a code, you can click Haven't received the code yet? Answer the secret questions and you will be prompted to answer your challenge questions in order to reset your password.

A message will display that you successfully changed your password, and you will be redirected to the Login page.
