Card Expiration Report

The Card Expiration Report contains a list of all Cards that have an expiration date in the Month selected.

Go to the Reports page and choose Card Expiration Report. Enter Month and Year you want to search and click Run Report.

A report is initially broken into 10 records per page. If there are more than 10 records, then the First/Prev/Next/Last buttons are active. Click on these buttons to move through the results by pages. The page length can be changed from 10 to 50 or 100. 

 

For each expiring card, the following data is shown:

Data Description
Count Item number in this report.
Report Date Date the Card Expiration Report was run.
Login ID User that holds the expiring card.
Account ID Account associated with the card.
Card Name Name and masked number of the card expiring.
Card Holder Name Name of the card holder.
Expiration Date Date card is due to expire.

 

To sort the data, type in a word in the box above a column, then click the Filter button.  Use the Clear button to clear all the editable cells.

To sort by column, click on the label of a specific column: 

 

To reverse the sort, click on the label a second time.

You can export your data by clicking on the Excel icon:
