How do I activate or deactivate a user?
Go to the User Admin page.
- To disable a user, click Deactivate. An inactivated user can no longer login to the system, but their Login ID still appears on the Audit report.
- To re-enable a user who was previously deactivated click Activate.
If a user is locked, their Active button is yellow with an asterisk. Click Unlock to unlock the user.
