What are my desktop requirements?
To use the DirectBiller Administrative and Customer Support Screens, you need the following:
- Internet connectivity is required and a web browser with Javascript and SSL Verified browsers include current production version and one previously released version of Microsoft Edge, Firefox Browser, Chrome Browser or Safari Browser.
- To view reports that are downloaded as Excel Files, use Microsoft Excel 2003 or above.
- To view reports that are downloaded as XML File, use Microsoft WordPad or any other XML File viewer.
- To review reports that are downloaded as PDF File, use Adobe Acrobat 7 or above.
