How do I login?
Each biller has a unique DirectBiller Administration Site. A unique username and password are provided during implementation.
The first time you log in to the site, enter your username and temporary password and click Login.
A pop-up message will display asking you to create a new password. On the main page, click Change Password.
On the next page, enter your temporary password and your new password. Your new password must have a minimum length of 8, and contain at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 number. Do not include any special characters. Click Change Password.
A message will display that you successfully changed your password, and you will be redirected to the Login page.
